- Ability to balance technical data manipulation with strong communication skills
- Strong client service orientation
- Ability to work primarily east coast US hours
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker)
- Familiarity with value‑based‑care payment models or industry quality models
- Experience creating slide narratives in a client‑facing environment
Responsibilities
- Design and execute studies to evaluate Maven’s impact on health outcomes and ROI for existing clients
- Analyze healthcare claims and self-reported platform data
- Communicate study results in PowerPoint and Word
- Extract insights on clinical and operational outcomes using Looker and SQL
- Collaborate with the Product team to inform clinical programming and design
- Build internal analytics capabilities
- Evaluate potential partnerships
