Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience OR Advanced degree and 3 years of experience
- Experience in procurement or supply chain management
- Ability to manage build-to-print and performance specifications
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with SAP preferred
- Knowledge of Government procurement/FAR/DFARS preferred
- Ability to analyze Cost and Pricing data (FAR 15.4) preferred
Responsibilities
- Leading Supplier interaction and collaboration with the Raytheon Program Teams
- Managing medium/high complexity CCA & PWB commodity procurements
- Selecting qualified suppliers and seeking alternate suppliers
- Developing and managing RFI and RFQs
- Preparing POs and PO documentation
- Post-award management of POs
- Managing Suppliers to meet Program requirements
- Preparing and executing agreements including PIAs, Long Term Agreements, and Bailment
