Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Import & Export classification.
- Experience with Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) and Export Control Numbers (ECNs).
- Confident written and verbal communication in English.
- Education in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation, data sheets, and material specifications.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
- Ability to manage and manipulate data for reporting and analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience with Power BI is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Research technical characteristics of parts and products using SAP, customer or vendor websites, or database tools.
- Assign and enter EU HTS, ECNs, and import/export information into SAP or MS Excel.
- Create and manage product research files.
- Sort, partition, extract, or add data items using advanced Excel functions.
- Conduct audits and reviews of data entries for accuracy.
- Perform general administrative tasks supporting the Global Trade Compliance Team.
- Ensure compliance with EU import/export regulations.
- Assist in preparing reports and maintaining compliance documentation.
