Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of relevant Primavera P6 experience.
- Strong understanding of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
- Experience with Power BI metrics integration.
- Experience in change control processes and 'what if' scenario analysis.
- Ability to collaborate across engineering, supply chain, and project management teams.
- Mentoring and leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to maintain standard APX Supply Chain P6 schedules.
- Perform necessary preplanning to examine scope of work, WBS, engineering quality, and financial obligations.
- Develop standard APX Supply Chain WBSs and standard coding for integration with cost and Power BI metrics.
- Ensure schedules comply with contract requirements and accurately forecast milestones.
- Develop standard APX Supply Chain change control process through analysis of 'what if' scenarios.
- Promote teamwork and maintain project metrics distribution.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to more junior schedulers.
- Maintain project documentation including baseline, reporting and historical records.
- Facilitate collaboration between engineering, supply chain, and project management teams.
