Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong computer skills including data entry and screen navigation
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Excellent customer service skills
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to provide two 22-inch monitors with HDMI and Display ports
- Must be able to travel by air to New York City for a 4-hour training session
Responsibilities
- Perform outbound calls to enroll persons into the food box program
- Reauthorize existing program members
- Assist members in making healthcare decisions
- Maintain high quality service standards
- Adhere to daily schedules and duties
