Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in operations coordination, administrative support, or project management.
- Strong technical proficiency with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, Slack, and Zoom.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and clear written communication skills.
- Demonstrated self-starter with strong follow-through and problem-solving ability.
- Experience in marketing, branding, communications, or outreach (Preferred).
- Experience with QuickBooks and project management software (Preferred).
- Experience supporting small businesses, nonprofits, or startup operations (Preferred).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal and external meetings including scheduling, agendas, and action items.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and reporting deadlines across multiple initiatives.
- Manage support email requests and daily operational coordination.
- Support contract execution workflows, including reviews and signatures.
- Coordinate staff travel expense processing and reimbursements.
- Maintain operational tracking systems, spreadsheets, and shared Google Drive resources.
- Develop and document internal operational policies and workflow standards.
