Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in operations coordination, administrative support, or project management.
  • Strong technical proficiency with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and clear written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated self-starter with strong follow-through and problem-solving ability.
  • Experience in marketing, branding, communications, or outreach (Preferred).
  • Experience with QuickBooks and project management software (Preferred).
  • Experience supporting small businesses, nonprofits, or startup operations (Preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings including scheduling, agendas, and action items.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and reporting deadlines across multiple initiatives.
  • Manage support email requests and daily operational coordination.
  • Support contract execution workflows, including reviews and signatures.
  • Coordinate staff travel expense processing and reimbursements.
  • Maintain operational tracking systems, spreadsheets, and shared Google Drive resources.
  • Develop and document internal operational policies and workflow standards.
