Requirements

  • Prior experience in a leadership or management role is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of international trade processes, regulations, payment methods, and risk management.
  • Proven ability to identify, develop, and maintain long-term client partnerships.
  • Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to adapt to flexible working hours and frequent travel.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office suite and relevant international trade management software.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales efforts within designated international regions to achieve sales targets and market share goals.
  • Develop and execute market expansion plans, including market research, lead generation, and client relationship management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key international clients, identifying their needs and providing professional, tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate internal resources across production, logistics, and after-sales service to ensure seamless order execution.
  • Collect and analyze competitor data to formulate effective sales and pricing strategies.
  • Participate in international trade negotiations, finalize sales contracts, and monitor contract fulfillment.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team, enhancing their sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Regularly report sales progress and market trends to senior management and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Develop and manage the regional sales budget to ensure maximum cost-effectiveness.
  • Adhere to international trade regulations and company policies to ensure all transactions are fully compliant.
