Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in international trade sales.
- Prior experience in a leadership or management role is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of international trade processes, regulations, payment methods, and risk management.
- Proven ability to identify, develop, and maintain long-term client partnerships.
- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to adapt to flexible working hours and frequent travel.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office suite and relevant international trade management software.

Responsibilities
- Lead sales efforts within designated international regions to achieve sales targets and market share goals.
- Develop and execute market expansion plans, including market research, lead generation, and client relationship management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key international clients, identifying their needs and providing professional, tailored solutions.
- Coordinate internal resources across production, logistics, and after-sales service to ensure seamless order execution.
- Collect and analyze competitor data to formulate effective sales and pricing strategies.
- Participate in international trade negotiations, finalize sales contracts, and monitor contract fulfillment.
- Manage and mentor the sales team, enhancing their sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Regularly report sales progress and market trends to senior management and provide strategic recommendations.
- Develop and manage the regional sales budget to ensure maximum cost-effectiveness.
- Adhere to international trade regulations and company policies to ensure all transactions are fully compliant.
