Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in operations, business administration, or insurance.
- Experience leading and developing teams within operations, enrollment, or customer service.
- Strong operational management and process improvement capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze operational data and monitor performance metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of workflow optimization or continuous improvement methodologies (preferred).
- Experience leading remote or geographically dispersed teams (preferred).
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory considerations related to insurance materials (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing remote team of Enrollment Fulfillment Analysts.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and continuous improvement-oriented team culture.
- Evaluate workflows and identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve operational readiness.
- Utilize operational metrics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training documentation.
- Monitor workload distribution, team capacity, and service level commitments.
- Ensure all enrollment and marketing materials comply with branding and regulatory standards.
- Lead and support change management efforts associated with operational enhancements.
