Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or Analytical Field, or 3 years of Sysco experience.
- 2+ years of work experience in reporting development, financial planning and analysis, or accounting.
- Working knowledge of Master Distribution Agreements and Supplier Contracts.
- Ability to define, diagnose, and resolve business problems using logic.
- Strong problem management and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines and interpret policies.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to quickly develop understanding of corporate and operating systems.
- Detail-oriented with ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Research and resolve customer price audits, vendor billback transactions, and pricing download incidents.
- Ensure price rules and rebate programs are compliant with Sysco contracts.
- Contribute subject matter expertise in customer contract pricing administration.
- Collaborate with internal and external customers and global partners to resolve pricing issues.
- Develop and teach detailed contract pricing or rebate administration processes.
- Read, interpret, and apply knowledge from Master Distribution Agreements and supplier agreements.
- Oversee development and implementation of metrics reporting.
- Facilitate pricing discrepancy resolution between suppliers, merchandising, and finance teams.
- Execute action plans to support functional strategies.
