Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in management or strategy consulting.
- Demonstrated expertise in Medicare, Medicare Advantage, PACE, or value-based care.
- Strong consulting craft including structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven analysis.
- Proven ability to perform market research and financial modeling.
- Advanced communication skills for presentation to senior executives.
- Experience leading projects end-to-end and managing workstreams.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Preferred: MBA or advanced degree in health administration, public policy, or economics.
Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements including scope and timeline management.
- Translate policy and reimbursement information into actionable business recommendations.
- Produce high-quality strategic plans, market assessments, and financial models.
- Present findings and facilitate workshops with provider leadership.
- Perform complex qualitative and quantitative research and competitive analysis.
- Synthesize large healthcare datasets to drive strategic insights.
- Contribute to business development and proposal efforts.
- Mentor junior team members and develop practice methodology.
