Requirements
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern scripting language (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar).
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and integration patterns.
- Practical experience with prompt engineering and managing context windows.
- Knowledge of model selection and cost-performance trade-offs.
- Experience with agentic architecture patterns.
- Familiarity with enterprise business systems (Salesforce, Marketo, Zendesk, Workato, etc.).
- Ability to design AI guardrails and risk mitigation.
- Strong systems thinking and diagnostic rigor.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose business problems before building solutions.
- Own AI initiatives end-to-end, from stakeholder discovery to deployment.
- Design, develop, and ship AI-powered solutions quickly.
- Improve organizational flow by building solutions that reduce bottlenecks.
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and workflows.
- Contribute to technical direction by evaluating tools and documenting patterns.
