Responsibilities
- Maintain existing and incoming provider demographic information
- Manage ingestion of provider data
- Surface provider issues through monitoring and provide process feedback
- Build training materials and update workflows
- Develop root cause analyses and reports
- Lead quality assurance and corrective activities
- Escalate and resolve provider data issues
- Support junior employees through escalation research
- Communicate findings and resolutions with stakeholders
- Manage queue work and assigned caseload
