Responsibilities
- Maintain existing and incoming provider demographic information
- Manage ingestion of provider data
- Surface provider issues through proactive identification and monitoring
- Build training materials and update workflows
- Develop root cause analyses and reports
- Lead corrective activities and manage communication processes
- Escalate and resolve provider data issues
- Support junior employees through escalation research
- Manage queue work and assigned caseload
