Responsibilities
- Clarify scope of the review with leadership stakeholders.
- Conduct a desk review of relevant policies, training plans, and documentation.
- Perform online interviews and focus group discussions with global staff.
- Assess current safeguarding culture, practice, and organizational self-assessment tools.
- Identify gaps and provide recommendations for strengthening practice.
- Produce a final report for review by September 2026.
