Consultant - 4th Independent Review of Safeguarding Practice and Culture

Clarify scope of the review with leadership stakeholders.
Conduct a desk review of relevant policies, training plans, and documentation.
Perform online interviews and focus group discussions with global staff.
Assess current safeguarding culture, practice, and organizational self-assessment tools.
Identify gaps and provide recommendations for strengthening practice.
Produce a final report for review by September 2026.
