Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Loan Processor for an Australian Mortgage Brokerage.
- Expert-level proficiency in ApplyOnline.
- Proficiency in MyCRM or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience with various lender portals (Big 4, Macquarie, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Australian lender requirements including identity verification, payslip analysis, and living expense categories.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline of at least $3M per month.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end applications via ApplyOnline and various lender portals with zero errors.
- Independently manage simple residential files from start to finish.
- Collaborate with the Credit Specialist on complex files including SMSF, Trust, and Self-Employed deals.
- Handle document verification, data entry, and MIR management for complex files.
- Act as the primary point of contact for lenders to push files through to approval.
- Communicate with clients during the processing phase to ensure a high-quality experience.
- Document workflows and create templates to maintain an Operations Manual.
