- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to propose effective solutions.
- Independently manage the full lifecycle of tool initiatives from ideation to support.
- Provide ad hoc tools support.
- Evangelize tools best practices.
- Evaluate the impact of tools and workflows on project productivity.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
