Requirements

Proven experience in medical and pharmaceutical translation.
Expertise in translating Product Monographs and Medical Information Letters.
Bachelor’s degree in translation or a science degree combined with a translation degree from a Quebec or Canadian university.
Membership in a Professional Order (e.g., OTTIAQ) is highly preferred.
Fluency in English (source) and native-level proficiency in French (Canada) (target).
Availability during US time zone business hours.
Familiarity with CAT tools, specifically XTM and Phrase (Memsource).

Responsibilities

Translate documents from English (US) to French (Canada), with a focus on pharmacovigilance content.
Perform Translation, Copy Editing (CE), and Machine Translation Post Editing (MTPE) tasks.
Translate specialized medical and pharmaceutical content, including Product Monographs, Clinical Study Documents, and Medical Information Letters.
Adhere to tight deadlines, especially for projects received during EU close-of-business hours.
Work within the client-provided XTM and Phrase (Memsource) CAT tools.
Maintain professionalism, responsiveness, and reliability.
