Requirements
- Deep NetSuite administration and development experience (roles, permissions, workflows, forms, SuiteScript).
- Experience with integration-platform (iPaaS/ETL) patterns and tools.
- Strong understanding of Finance operations, specifically Billing & Collections.
- Proficiency in NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW).
- Experience in data migration, mapping, and CSV imports.
- Ability to analyze data and translate into integration strategies.
- Proven troubleshooting skills and log analysis for enterprise systems.
- Testing leadership experience for workflows and integrations.
- Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
- 6+ years experience in software development/enterprise apps, or 8+ years relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage and operate NetSuite daily.
- Design and develop data integration solutions.
- Ensure NetSuite configuration and SuiteScripts operate reliably.
- Manage integrations with systems like Salesforce, Tipalti, and Expensify.
- Partner with Finance/IT stakeholders to validate data integrity.
- Build and validate financial and operational reports in NSAW and NetSuite.
- Document workflows, operational procedures, and integration mappings.
- Conduct regression testing for system changes.
- Manage NetSuite bundle lifecycle and environment release readiness.
