Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in IT Systems Engineering, Automation, or DevOps roles.
- Hands-on expertise in cloud platforms (AWS and/or GCP) and associated automation tools.
- Strong scripting and development skills in Python.
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure (Linux, Windows AD, networking, identity management).
- Proven ability to deliver automation and infrastructure projects in a global environment.
- Experience with IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain scalable and secure IT infrastructure across cloud (GCP/AWS) and on-prem environments.
- Automate provisioning, monitoring, and maintenance processes using modern scripting and orchestration tools.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployments.
- Manage and optimize workloads in AWS and GCP environments, ensuring cost efficiency (FinOps alignment).
- Provide Tier 3-level support for critical IT systems and escalations.
- Manage enterprise collaboration platforms like Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.
