Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or similar customer-facing technical role
- Strong expertise in Kubernetes environments and containerized infrastructure
- Hands-on knowledge of Linux systems, shell scripting, and OS fundamentals
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
- Familiarity with observability and performance testing tools
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with REST APIs and service mesh architectures
- Programming familiarity in languages such as Python, Java, or Go
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted technical advisor across pre-sales and post-sales engagements
- Lead technical discovery sessions, proof-of-concepts, and customer workshops
- Educate customers on chaos engineering and reliability best practices
- Support existing customers by troubleshooting technical issues
- Collaborate with sales teams to shape technical strategies
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Support, and Marketing
- Deliver technical demonstrations, webinars, and conference presentations
