At least 3+ years of experience working directly with software and machine learning engineers on technical products.
Strong background in mathematics, computer science, machine learning, or related quantitative disciplines.
Proven ability to design experiments, interpret data, and make product decisions based on statistical and analytical reasoning.
Hands-on experience with SQL and basic proficiency in Python, R, or similar scripting languages.
Strong understanding of product analytics, A/B testing, and performance measurement frameworks.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in mobile advertising, large-scale ML systems, or performance marketing is a strong plus.

Define and evolve the product strategy for conversion-focused machine learning systems that optimize ad performance and user engagement.
Design experimentation plans to evaluate model improvements, product hypotheses, and system changes using structured testing and analysis.
Collaborate with ML engineers and data scientists to improve prediction systems, ranking models, and conversion optimization frameworks.
Translate complex model performance signals into actionable product decisions that improve outcomes across campaigns and verticals.
Continuously refine product roadmap based on data insights, experiment results, and evolving system behavior at scale.
Partner with engineering and analytics teams to ensure robust measurement frameworks and scalable ML product infrastructure.
