Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a product role delivering consumer-facing digital products.
  • Strong experience in writing detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Background in iGaming, fintech, e-commerce, gaming, or other regulated/high-traffic consumer industries is highly preferred.
  • Comfortable working closely with design and engineering teams and navigating constructive disagreement.
  • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery models).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong async communication capability.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive initiatives and solve problems proactively.
  • Strong curiosity about user behavior, product mechanics, and digital engagement.
  • Familiarity with AI tools as productivity enhancers, while maintaining critical thinking and validation of outputs.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the product backlog end-to-end, including discovery, prioritization, refinement, and sprint planning.
  • Write clear, structured user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria for engineering and QA teams.
  • Collaborate closely with designers to shape intuitive UI experiences, especially around core navigation and user flows.
  • Partner with frontend engineers to assess technical feasibility and support informed delivery trade-offs.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinements, and retrospectives to improve team efficiency.
  • Act as the main liaison between development teams and casino vertical stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities and expectations.
  • Proactively manage stakeholder communication, surfacing risks, progress, and priority conflicts early.
  • Continuously improve team delivery processes and remove blockers impacting execution speed.
  • Advocate for the end user by ensuring product decisions reflect real user needs and behaviors.
