Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Software Product Management, ideally focused on Data Products, AI/ML solutions, or Data Platforms.
- Strong understanding of the modern data stack, including data governance, data catalogs, and enterprise data ecosystems.
- Experience delivering enterprise SaaS products from concept to launch and at scale.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in agile environments and drive high-velocity product delivery.
- Strong technical fluency with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on complex systems.
- Experience working across both startup and large enterprise environments, with adaptability to different levels of complexity.
- Ability to translate customer insights and stakeholder requirements into clear, actionable product features.
- Strong prioritization skills with the ability to balance short-term execution and long-term product vision.
- Customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on adoption, usability, and product value delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Define and translate strategic product vision into a scalable roadmap for Smart Data Products within a data intelligence ecosystem.
- Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and ideation through development, launch, adoption, and iteration.
- Define success metrics, prioritize features, and ensure alignment between user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Drive the development of AI-powered data agents enabling conversational and proactive user interactions with data products.
- Lead cross-functional agile squads in collaboration with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Champion the use of AI-driven product development tools to accelerate delivery and improve product quality.
- Partner with go-to-market teams to shape positioning, messaging, and adoption strategies for technical and executive audiences.
- Balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, ensuring alignment across stakeholders from engineers to C-level leadership.
- Ensure data products are discoverable, reliable, scalable, and deliver strong customer value across enterprise environments.
