Requirements

  • 5-7 years experience in a relevant role.
  • Demonstrated experience designing against key performance metrics like CTR, CVR, and CAC.
  • Portfolio showcasing direct response marketing, specifically paid social video and static assets.
  • Excellent visual design craft with stylistic breadth and attention to detail.
  • Strong foundation of typography, space, form, color, and visual hierarchy.
  • Skilled with Figma, AfterEffects/Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Extensive experience creating dynamic short-form content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Understanding of transitions, motion graphics, and sound editing.
  • Strong working knowledge of advertising fundamentals and platform-specific content nuances.

Responsibilities

  • Concept and create visually captivating paid social content (static, video, GIF) that drives conversion and engagement.
  • Brainstorm and create a high volume of new ad concepts to drive account performance.
  • Leverage performance insights and growth metrics to spot patterns and create hypotheses for future iteration.
  • Own paid social workstreams and create templates/frameworks to work more efficiently.
  • Partner with a conceptual copywriter to introduce new ways to stretch the brand.
  • Engage with the latest design trends, social media platforms, and technologies (AI).
  • Bring ideas from concept to execution independently and collaboratively.
  • Partner with external partners and freelancers at times.
