Requirements

  • Located in AZ, DC, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, NC, NM, NV, NJ, NY, OR, PA, SD, TN, TX, VA, WA, or WI.
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm local time.
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude for learning new tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Not a current student.
  • High level of accountability and integrity for process and metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Provide email and phone support to Handshake customers.
  • Resolve questions, bugs, feedback, and general inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues using app demo environments and internal tools.
  • Manage issues between Customer Support, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Maintain standard metrics for response times and resolution quality.
  • Attend team meetings and complete administrative tasks.
  • Share trends and learnings with the support team to improve user experience.
