Responsibilities
- Deliver concierge-level support to students and stakeholders via phone, email, and chat
- Provide dedicated assistance to Florida real estate students regarding state regulatory requirements
- Manage student records and orders accurately within internal databases
- Coordinate national program initiatives through campaign tasks and special projects
- Identify and escalate complex student issues to leadership
- Advise students on program requirements and product lines
- Utilize IT and business systems to track interactions and process requests
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to suggest service improvements
