Responsibilities

  • Deliver concierge-level support to students and stakeholders via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide dedicated assistance to Florida real estate students regarding state regulatory requirements
  • Manage student records and orders accurately within internal databases
  • Coordinate national program initiatives through campaign tasks and special projects
  • Identify and escalate complex student issues to leadership
  • Advise students on program requirements and product lines
  • Utilize IT and business systems to track interactions and process requests
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to suggest service improvements
