Requirements
- 7–10 years of progressive software engineering experience (leadership required).
- Proficiency in C# (Functional Programming) or TypeScript.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, specifically PostgreSQL.
- Experience with system architecture and designing secure, scalable platforms.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS (or equivalent cloud).
- Strong knowledge of DevOps practices (Git, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code).
- Expertise in application and infrastructure security best practices.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable, maintainable, and secure service architectures.
- Identify opportunities for platform-wide improvements and reduction of technical debt.
- Contribute to long-term platform vision and architectural planning.
- Build backend services using C# or TypeScript.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers through coaching and pairing.
- Collaborate across teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
