Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building production frontend systems.
- Expertise in Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
- Proficiency with GraphQL.
- Strong React state management experience (Zustand, SWR, or similar).
- Strong product sense and user empathy.
- Ability to communicate proactively and collaborate in a team.
- Fluency in English.
- Availability for at least 5 hours of overlap with US Pacific Time.
Responsibilities
- Own features from planning through launch, monitoring, and iteration.
- Build high-quality web applications using Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and GraphQL.
- Translate Figma designs into polished, responsive interfaces.
- Architect and manage complex state and data flows in React.
- Optimize for performance, rendering efficiency, SEO, and Core Web Vitals.
- Collaborate with backend, design, and product to deliver seamless features.
- Balance speed and quality in a fast-paced environment.
- Mentor others and share technical knowledge.
