Requirements
- Ability to identify small discrepancies in images.
- Discipline in following established playbooks.
- Technical curiosity regarding AI model vision.
- Clear and objective communication skills.
- Ability to provide and receive feedback.
- Experience in CRM operations and agile data entry.
- Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, formulas).
- Understanding of data labeling, bounding boxes, and image classification.
Responsibilities
- Align and technically monitor the data labeling team for image recognition models.
- Execute technical product registration in Data Entry systems.
- Proactively maintain and update CRM databases.
- Conduct audits and quality reviews of records to ensure standardization.
- Act as technical support for PMs and CSs by providing data analysis.
- Develop and update documentation for registration and classification procedures.
- Analyze and respond to tickets regarding model data errors and define root cause action plans.
- Monitor adherence to area processes to validate operational quality.
