Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience using Braze (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of Braze Canvas Flow and lifecycle marketing execution.
- Understanding of HTML for email development and Liquid templating language.
- Basic knowledge of API usage (Connected Content and webhooks is a plus).
- Experience or strong interest in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) applied to marketing workflows.
- Analytical mindset with strong data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving ability, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and global environment.
Responsibilities
- Build, configure, and optimize lifecycle campaigns and user journeys using Braze.
- Support marketing teams with workflow setup, campaign execution, troubleshooting, and best practice guidance.
- Improve automation processes to increase scalability, personalization, and efficiency across CRM communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to implement marketing requests and lifecycle initiatives.
- Explore and apply AI-powered tools to enhance campaign orchestration and data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure proper use of Braze capabilities, including Canvas Flow, segmentation, and advanced targeting strategies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of Martech processes and tool adoption across teams.
