Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience using Braze (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of Braze Canvas Flow and lifecycle marketing execution.
  • Understanding of HTML for email development and Liquid templating language.
  • Basic knowledge of API usage (Connected Content and webhooks is a plus).
  • Experience or strong interest in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) applied to marketing workflows.
  • Analytical mindset with strong data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving ability, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build, configure, and optimize lifecycle campaigns and user journeys using Braze.
  • Support marketing teams with workflow setup, campaign execution, troubleshooting, and best practice guidance.
  • Improve automation processes to increase scalability, personalization, and efficiency across CRM communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to implement marketing requests and lifecycle initiatives.
  • Explore and apply AI-powered tools to enhance campaign orchestration and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure proper use of Braze capabilities, including Canvas Flow, segmentation, and advanced targeting strategies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of Martech processes and tool adoption across teams.
