Requirements

  • Proven experience managing organic social media channels.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing including segmentation, automation flows, and A/B testing.
  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals such as keyword research, on-page optimization, and metadata.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
  • Excellent written communication skills with experience briefing and reviewing marketing copy.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as CRM platforms, scheduling tools, or analytics dashboards.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the organic social media calendar across platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Set up, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns, segmentation strategies, and automated workflows.
  • Support SEO initiatives including keyword research, metadata optimization, internal linking, and content brief development.
  • Coordinate content production by briefing and managing freelance writers.
  • Support CRM operations in HubSpot, including basic automation workflows and lead nurturing.
  • Collaborate with the UX/UI designer on landing page creation and A/B testing.
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports across social, email, and SEO channels.
  • Coordinate creative asset needs across marketing channels.
