Requirements
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or growth-focused roles.
- Proven experience managing organic social media channels.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing including segmentation, automation flows, and A/B testing.
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals such as keyword research, on-page optimization, and metadata.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
- Excellent written communication skills with experience briefing and reviewing marketing copy.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as CRM platforms, scheduling tools, or analytics dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the organic social media calendar across platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Set up, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns, segmentation strategies, and automated workflows.
- Support SEO initiatives including keyword research, metadata optimization, internal linking, and content brief development.
- Coordinate content production by briefing and managing freelance writers.
- Support CRM operations in HubSpot, including basic automation workflows and lead nurturing.
- Collaborate with the UX/UI designer on landing page creation and A/B testing.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports across social, email, and SEO channels.
- Coordinate creative asset needs across marketing channels.
