Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics).
- 5+ years of experience in design and deployment of AI and ML solutions.
- 2+ years of experience as a team technical lead or direct people manager.
- Ability to write and review production-grade code (Python).
- Applied knowledge of AI-assisted coding best practices.
- Experience with online A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and distributed data systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Champion bold AI and ML interventions to improve styling experiences.
- Shape the product roadmap for client-facing styling experiences.
- Inspire the team by fostering a culture of ideation, ownership, and collaboration.
- Advocate for Styling and Merchandising teams by analyzing feedback and inventory trends.
- Collaborate with product managers, data science teams, and UI/UX designers to define business objectives.
- Oversee the end-to-end algorithm development lifecycle.
- Implement best practices for team collaboration, code quality, and data management.
- Stay current with advancements in AI-assisted development and fashion technology.
