- 8+ years experience in channel or partner sales.
- 3+ years experience managing partner account managers or channel AEs.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding partner-sourced revenue targets.
- Deep familiarity with big ERP and CRM partner ecosystems.
- Strong sales management fundamentals (forecast, pipeline, deal coaching).
- Ability to travel 30-40%, primarily across North America.
- US-based with availability during PT/MT business hours.
Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly forecast and pipeline reviews and quarterly attainment planning.
- Manage team through 1:1s, ramp plans, and performance development.
- Serve as senior face to top ecosystem partners, including QBRs and executive alignment.
- Maintain accountability for partner-sourced revenue, forecast accuracy, and growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales leadership, marketing, operations, and product.
- Translate channel strategy into team execution.
