  • Demonstrated commitment to advancing educational and economic equity for underserved communities.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM platforms.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a complex environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Extreme tact, discretion, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of high-quality, compelling grant applications.
  • Conduct rigorous grant research using internal and external sources.
  • Develop and submit letters of inquiry, reports, and related materials.
  • Synthesize programmatic, financial, and impact data to craft persuasive narratives.
  • Collaborate with the Philanthropy team to manage funding priorities.
  • Manage grant pipeline to evaluate and prioritize opportunities.
  • Track grant activity and outcomes using Salesforce.
  • Support the development of funder relationships.
