- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a complex environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Extreme tact, discretion, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of high-quality, compelling grant applications.
- Conduct rigorous grant research using internal and external sources.
- Develop and submit letters of inquiry, reports, and related materials.
- Synthesize programmatic, financial, and impact data to craft persuasive narratives.
- Collaborate with the Philanthropy team to manage funding priorities.
- Manage grant pipeline to evaluate and prioritize opportunities.
- Track grant activity and outcomes using Salesforce.
- Support the development of funder relationships.
