Our flagship product, the Student Success Tool (SST), helps educational institutions predict student graduation likelihood, providing crucial insights for targeted support. We're making a tangible impact on educational outcomes, as highlighted in the New York Times, and are rapidly expanding our reach to support more institutions. Our work extends beyond SST; we partner with organizations to develop data-driven solutions for various humanitarian challenges. DataKind operates a remote-first culture, fostering collaboration across multiple global chapters. We utilize a tech stack including Java EE, Google Analytics 4, and various cloud services, emphasizing a data-driven approach in our engineering practices.
