Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience.
- 1 year+ of experience testing software.
- General knowledge of requirements and design of applicable software.
- General knowledge of technical documents.
- General knowledge of testing concepts, SCRUM and Agile practices.
- Demonstrated ability to execute multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
- Experience with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience editing and soliciting feedback to improve test protocol.
- Prior medical device experience, preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Execute software validation protocols with a deep understanding of testing concepts.
- Identify and define actual or potential problems in protocols and propose solutions.
- Identify potential software defects and execute targeted tests.
- Manage and track software defects through to closure.
- Work with the product development team to understand requirements and design.
- Gather information to fulfill test requirements, define environments, and test articles.
- Independently assist in reporting and compiling data for test reports.
- Assist with development and implementation of software validation test plans.
