Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- CPA or CA designation is considered a strong asset
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive finance or FP&A experience
- Strong financial modeling expertise with experience handling large and complex datasets
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong ability to present financial insights clearly to leadership teams
- Solid understanding of business fundamentals, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial planning processes
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, dashboards, and executive presentations
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Analyze financial trends and business performance to identify risks and opportunities
- Build, maintain, and improve complex financial models
- Collaborate closely with accounting and financial reporting teams
- Streamline and automate FP&A processes
- Support special projects, stakeholder reporting, and financial due diligence
