Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics or a similar data-focused role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data querying.
  • Hands-on experience building dashboards and analytics solutions in Looker.
  • Experience working with marketing data, digital analytics, or growth analytics.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience engaging stakeholders at different seniority levels.
  • Experience working with data warehouses such as Snowflake and modern data modeling practices (dbt is a plus).
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, segmentation, and attribution modeling concepts.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing analysts, analytics engineers, and digital analytics managers to deliver actionable insights.
  • Partner with marketing teams to identify opportunities for improving efficiency, growth, and scalability through data.
  • Design and build dashboards and self-service analytics solutions using Looker to support business stakeholders.
  • Work with analytics engineering teams to develop scalable data models in Snowflake using dbt.
  • Analyze marketing performance across landing pages, campaigns, audiences, segments, ads, and creatives.
  • Support A/B testing initiatives and experimentation frameworks to optimize user acquisition and conversion.
  • Develop and maintain audience segmentation and attribution models to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Optimize data pipelines and integrations to ensure reliable access to marketing and product data.
  • Collaborate with leadership to solve complex business questions and support strategic growth decisions.
  • Contribute to the design and evolution of attribution modeling strategies across channels.
