- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance technical depth with strategic decision-making.
- Passion for building high-quality user experiences at scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a distributed frontend engineering team, ensuring high performance, engagement, and technical excellence.
- Define and drive the technical vision and architecture for scalable, modular, and high-performance frontend systems.
- Oversee the delivery of complex UI features for advanced trading and market-facing products.
- Partner closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to align on roadmap and execution priorities.
- Champion frontend performance, accessibility, and responsive design across all user experiences.
- Mentor and coach engineers, supporting their technical and professional growth.
- Foster a strong engineering culture centered on ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Guide modernization initiatives for frontend architecture, tooling, and developer experience.
- Ensure high standards of code quality, reliability, and scalability in production systems.
- Actively engage in product feedback loops, including usability reviews and hands-on evaluation.
