Requirements

  • Strong understanding of retail execution, trade marketing, and in-store merchandising standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market environment.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills with retail partners and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to drive decisions.
  • Ability to manage field operations, coordinate teams, and ensure execution excellence across multiple stores.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and distribution targets across assigned modern trade accounts and geographic territory, ensuring consistent business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and store stakeholders to strengthen account performance and collaboration.
  • Ensure optimal in-store execution, including shelf availability, perfect store standards, and effective implementation of POP materials and promotions.
  • Monitor and support CSP operations, ensuring adherence to targets and operational efficiency across accounts.
  • Track store openings, organic growth opportunities, and new product introductions to maximize market penetration and speed to shelf.
  • Collect, analyze, and report field data, including competitor activity and market intelligence, to support strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to support micro-marketing initiatives and contribute insights for improved trade execution.
  • Manage and support third-party field teams, ensuring effective performance and alignment with business objectives.
