Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
  • Previous experience within the gaming or technology industry.
  • Background in an in-house commercial team or a marketing/creative agency.
  • Track record of managing sales pipelines and closing business independently.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience working across multiple APAC markets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets across the APAC market.
  • Manage the full business development lifecycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, proposal development, and negotiation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with gaming and technology clients.
  • Conduct consultative discussions to develop customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal creative, strategy, and events teams.
  • Optimize CRM workflows and pitch methodologies using platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Represent the business at industry events and client meetings.
