Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
- Previous experience within the gaming or technology industry.
- Background in an in-house commercial team or a marketing/creative agency.
- Track record of managing sales pipelines and closing business independently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience working across multiple APAC markets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets across the APAC market.
- Manage the full business development lifecycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, proposal development, and negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with gaming and technology clients.
- Conduct consultative discussions to develop customized solutions.
- Collaborate with internal creative, strategy, and events teams.
- Optimize CRM workflows and pitch methodologies using platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Represent the business at industry events and client meetings.
