Requirements
- Strong technical product management experience with a deep understanding of distributed systems and developer infrastructure
- Proven experience in product management for compute platforms, serverless systems, or cloud infrastructure (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS Lambda, ECS, Cloud Run)
- Strong understanding of CI/CD systems, version control workflows, and deployment strategies
- Experience building developer-facing platforms with a focus on usability, reliability, and scalability
- Familiarity with autoscaling systems, workload scheduling, and resource optimization at scale
- Deep knowledge of deployment patterns for stateful or long-running systems
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product direction
- Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Customer-centric mindset with a pragmatic approach to prioritization
- Experience working closely with engineering teams in highly technical product domains
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy for scalable compute and worker deployment systems
- Own the roadmap for worker deployment across self-hosted, Kubernetes-based, and serverless environments
- Lead initiatives for safe worker versioning, enabling zero-downtime deployments and robust CI/CD workflows
- Drive the evolution of Kubernetes-based worker controllers to improve orchestration, scaling, and manageability
- Define and deliver a serverless execution model that removes infrastructure complexity
- Partner closely with engineering to optimize resource usage, autoscaling behavior, and workload scheduling
- Engage with customers and open-source communities to gather insights
- Translate infrastructure capabilities into intuitive, developer-friendly product experiences
