Requirements

- Strong experience conducting competitive research and turning data into structured insights.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong documentation abilities.
- Proven analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and structured thinking.
- Experience working in B2B SaaS or technology-driven environments.
- Hands-on experience with dashboards and reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with AI tools for research, analysis, and productivity enhancement.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment with a proactive mindset.
- Strong collaboration skills with confidence in sharing insights and highlighting risks or opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the competitive intelligence program, including tracking competitor pricing, feature updates, and go-to-market activities.
- Synthesize competitive insights into clear, actionable summaries for marketing, sales, and product stakeholders.
- Produce recurring competitor reports and internal intelligence updates to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage and continuously improve product marketing documentation within Confluence, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Support the creation of structured documentation that enables alignment across sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Partner with product operations to build dashboards and reporting systems that track marketing and product performance.
- Analyze data related to product launches, campaigns, and content performance to identify trends and insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, product management, and operations teams to support GTM execution.
