- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check and fingerprinting process.
- Willingness to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License with company-provided guidance and training.
Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients to schedule virtual consultations and discuss their financial protection and insurance needs.
- Provide personalized life and health insurance recommendations tailored to each client’s goals, lifestyle, and financial situation.
- Deliver exceptional customer support by answering policy-related questions, assisting with updates, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Build and grow a personal portfolio of clients through trust-based interactions, referrals, and ongoing relationship management.
- Participate in virtual training programs, coaching sessions, and mentorship opportunities to continuously improve performance and product knowledge.
- Manage daily activities independently in a remote work environment while meeting productivity and sales objectives.
- Maintain professionalism, compliance, and accurate documentation throughout the client engagement and onboarding process.
