Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, or employee records management
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and documentation skills
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Experience working with HR systems and attendance tracking platforms
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and technology platforms
  • Ability to handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage employee time tracking and attendance systems
  • Review and verify daily attendance, leave records, and working hours
  • Generate attendance reports for payroll processing and management review
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
  • Manage documentation relating to contracts, confirmations, transfers, and exits
  • Maintain employee evaluation tracking systems and reporting
  • Support onboarding documentation and employee record creation
  • Assist with planning and coordinating People & Culture initiatives and engagement activities
