- Experience
- At least 2 years in an outpatient primary care, urgent care, or emergency medicine setting within the past 5 years
Requirements
- Completion of master’s degree in an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS).
- Current active NCCPA certification.
- Currently licensed in NY.
- At least 2 years experience as an Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care, urgent care, or emergency medicine within the past 5 years.
- Experience seeing patients of all ages (0+).
- Ability to work afternoons and evenings (e.g., 7am-6pm EST or 11am-10pm EST).
- Ability to work 2 full rotating A/B weekends per month.
- Excellent clinical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in evidence-based primary care.
- Ability to effectively use technology to deliver care.
Responsibilities
- Treat patients via tele-health visits (telephonic triage, video appointments, email follow-ups).
- Participate in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds.
- Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
- Utilize specific clinical training to provide exceptional virtual care.
- Follow established clinical protocols and workflows.
