Requirements
- 5+ years of experience launching new products and features at scale.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in product and/or engineering teams.
- Strong hands-on experience coding with AI tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
- Proven experience launching AI-coded features or applications in a production environment.
- Track record of achieving strong customer and business outcomes.
- Experience defining product vision and launching software systems.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a dynamic product roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Design flexible platform capabilities in collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
- Contribute directly to product development through AI vibe-coding using tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
- Interpret and communicate complex engineering systems to bridge technical architecture and product strategy.
- Maintain a dynamic 6+ month roadmap with light-weight project plans and cost models.
- Guide engineering teams through the technical adoption of created platform capabilities.
- Drive improvements in functionality, ease of use, performance, and cost through data-driven experimentation.
