Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or similar environment.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct customer discovery.
- Ability to translate insights into clear product requirements.
- Strong analytical thinking and comfort using data to inform decisions.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering and Design.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and competing stakeholder priorities.
Responsibilities
- Translate feature requests into clear problem statements through research and analysis.
- Act as product expert for assigned areas, understanding user behavior and business impact.
- Build and maintain focus-area roadmaps prioritized by user value and strategy.
- Lead end-to-end delivery from concept through requirements, build, launch, and iteration.
- Ensure decisions are documented and aligned across Engineering, Design, and stakeholders.
- Partner with Customer Success and Sales to synthesize client feedback and identify patterns.
