Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in information security, governance, risk, or compliance.
- Proven compliance or auditing experience with major security frameworks.
- Hands-on incident response experience.
- Technical understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure, networking, and SaaS security.
- Solid knowledge of risk management methodologies and controls auditing.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects with minimal supervision.
- Strong English communication skills (C1 level).
- Experience working across cross-functional and geographical teams.
Responsibilities
- Identify manual GRC processes and design automation blueprints for evidence collection and control monitoring.
- Build automated workflows using scripting and compliance platforms.
- Develop standardized templates and playbooks for recurring GRC activities.
- Collaborate with engineering to integrate security checks into CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and SOC 2 Type II audit lifecycles.
- Support ISO 42001 (AI Management System) and EU AI Act readiness.
- Perform vendor risk management and security due diligence.
- Contribute to Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and recovery planning.
